Ashok Malik (Chief Executive Officer) is a graduate in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. The IIT's are amongst the world's best technology institutes and IITians much admired for their superlative achievements in all that they do.

In the engineering field since 1980, his experience covers marketing, product development and design, project management, manufacturing, site management, customer service and technical documentation.

He founded World Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. to utilize his experience and contacts with hundreds of engineering firms of various sizes and capabilities all over India.

Prior to this, he was associated with the Indiana Group for more than two decades, heading one of India's leading companies in the field of turnkey bulk materials handling systems. Under his leadership, the company rose to become one of India's best known names in this field. He has excellent professional relationships with leading engineering consultants and companies and is well known and respected in the field.

He is in tune with international work ethics, technology and quality standards, has been involved in many technology transfers and spearheaded joint venture agreements.

Prashant Hingorani (Chief Operating Officer) brings his knowledge of customer care and telecom services such as, helpdesk, call centres and expertise in logistics, legal and financial management. A strong client leader, he has developed important relationships with several telecom clients in the United States while he served as Founder and CEO of the International Telephone Company (India), a 200 employee company.

He also has a hands-on experience in turnkey bulk materials handling systems and has worked with several international and domestic engineering clients, consultants and sub-vendors while he headed the project department for the Indiana Group.

Educated at Boston University, he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1993 and worked with the Indiana Group, an engineering conglomerate till he left them to start W.E.S. As a contributor to Indiana Group he independently managed his profit centre, and sat on the board council of other group companies.

Born in India, his entrepreneur skills were developed early on. He started his first business at the age of 14. His vast international experience (work, travel, and education) has familiarized him with the work ethics, environment, style and functioning of international companies.
