Pre-bid engineering

We assist our clients with prebid engineering. As we have extensive project engineering experience having put up several industrial plants in India, you can use our services in the manner you find desirable and beneficial to your company. Our services include preliminary design and quantity estimation for proposals, preparing bid documents as also preparation of technical specifications. For your budgeting purpose, we can estimate and indicate quantities for cement and reinforcement steel, structural steel and other hardware. We can provide estimates for surface coating area, and such post construction activities.

For your projects under execution, we can undertake the following:

Preparation of layout drawings.

Preparation of civil construction drawings

Bar bending schedules as per job requirement.

Preparation of structural design drawings with or without shop drawings as per job requirement.

Material take off for procurement activities.

While we may not normally be in a position to provide physical support at your construction site, we can nevertheless be involved in providing design office support to site during construction , providing clarifications , revisions /modification details. In certain cases, site visits for co-ordination and inspection activities can be arranged. 

Upon completion of the project, we can prepare the ‘As built’ drawings for your reference and /or submission to your customer as per your contractual commitments.
